Brasilprev to get new CEO

The president of state-run bank Banco do Brasil, Rubem Novaes, will name a new head for pension plan provider Brasilprev.

Walter Malieni Júnior, VP of the Brazilian bank's corporate credit area, is set to replace current CEO Marco Barros, according to local news website O Antagonista.

Banco do Brasil, through insurance subsidiary BB Seguridade, owns Brasilprev together with US-based Principal Financial Group.
