Description

Peruvian generator and transmission firm ENGIE Energía Perú, formerl known as EnerSur S.A. before changing its name in 2016, has an installed capacity of 1,820MW from thermoelectric plants ChilcaUno (852MW), ILO1 (239MW), ILO21 (135MW) and ILO (460MW cold reserve), and from the 134MW Yuncán hydroelectric plant. Another 752MW is in the project phase, led by the 500MW Ilo thermoelectric complex as part of the Nodo Energético del Sur project. The Engie is based in Lima, Peru.
